天麻醒脑胶囊对学习记忆功能的影响及机理研究

摘要:
  [摘要 ] 目的   评价天麻醒脑胶囊对动物学习记忆功能的影响及其初步作用机理 1方法  采用东莨菪碱、
乙醇及亚硝酸钠复制小鼠和大鼠记忆障碍模型 , 运用避暗法研究天麻醒脑胶囊对动物学习记忆功能的影响 ,
同时探讨其对脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE) 活性、丙二醛 (MDA) 及脂褐质水平的影响 1结果  高、中剂量
(大鼠: 高剂量 112 g/kg, 中剂量 016 g/kg; 小鼠: 高剂量 214 g/kg, 中剂量 112 g/kg) 的天麻醒脑胶囊能明显
减少给药组大鼠及小鼠 5min内的错误次数 , 延长触电潜伏期 1高、中、低 3个剂量的天麻醒脑胶囊均可减少
大鼠脑组织 MDA水平 , 降低 AChE活性 , 同时明显抑制脑组织脂褐质含量的升高 1结论  天麻醒脑胶囊通过
多种途径改善记忆损伤模型动物的学习记忆功能 , 其机制可能与降低脑组织 AChE活性 , 降低脑组织中脂质过
氧化物、脂褐质等的含量有关 1提示天麻醒脑胶囊具有良好的促智作用 1
