天麻醒脑胶囊对学习记忆功能的影响及机理研究

摘要：
[摘要 ] 目的 评价天麻醒脑胶囊对动物学习记忆功能的影响及其初步作用机理 1方法 采用东莨菪碱、
乙醇及亚硝酸钠复制小鼠和大鼠记忆障碍模型 , 运用避暗法研究天麻醒脑胶囊对动物学习记忆功能的影响 ,
同时探讨其对脑组织乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE) 活性、丙二醛 (MDA) 及脂褐质水平的影响 1结果 高、中剂量
(大鼠: 高剂量 112 g/kg, 中剂量 016 g/kg; 小鼠: 高剂量 214 g/kg, 中剂量 112 g/kg) 的天麻醒脑胶囊能明显
减少给药组大鼠及小鼠 5min内的错误次数 , 延长触电潜伏期 1高、中、低 3个剂量的天麻醒脑胶囊均可减少
大鼠脑组织 MDA水平 , 降低 AChE活性 , 同时明显抑制脑组织脂褐质含量的升高 1结论 天麻醒脑胶囊通过
多种途径改善记忆损伤模型动物的学习记忆功能 , 其机制可能与降低脑组织 AChE活性 , 降低脑组织中脂质过
氧化物、脂褐质等的含量有关 1提示天麻醒脑胶囊具有良好的促智作用 1

hydrobromide, alcohol, and NaNO2 t o make models1The test of avoidance res ponse t o darkness was used1The
influence of Ti maxingnao Cap sule was investigated on acetylcholine esterase (AChE) , mal ondiadehyde (MDA)
and li pofuscin in brain tissue1Re su lts I n the test of avoidance res ponse t o darkness, Tianmaxingnao Cap sule
(112 and 214 g/kg formice, 016 and 112 g/kg for rats) could significantly reduce the err or ti meswithin 5min
in dys mnesia gr oup s ( P < 0101, P < 0105) and p rol ong the incubati on peri ods ofmemory1The three doses of
Tianmaxingnao Cap sule decreased the level ofMDA, supp ressed the activity ofAChE and obvi ously inhibited the
increase of the li pofuscin in rat brain tissue1Co nc lu s i o n Tianmaxingnao Cap sule could i mp rove the abilities of
learning and memory in ani malmodels thr ough multi p le ways1The p reli minarymechanis msmay be ass ociated withits effects on decreasing the activity of AChE, p romoting the functi on of cerebral monoamine nervous system in
