天麻醒腦膠囊對學習記憶功能的影響及機理研究

  [摘要 ] 目的   評價天麻醒腦膠囊對動物學習記憶功能的影響及其初步作用機理 1方法  采用東莨菪堿、
乙醇及亞硝酸鈉複製小鼠和大鼠記憶障礙模型 , 運用避暗法研究天麻醒腦膠囊對動物學習記憶功能的影響 ,
同時探討其對腦組織乙酰膽堿酯酶 (AChE) 活性、丙二醛 (MDA) 及脂褐質水平的影響 1結果  高、中劑量
(大鼠: 高劑量 112 g/kg, 中劑量 016 g/kg; 小鼠: 高劑量 214 g/kg, 中劑量 112 g/kg) 的天麻醒腦膠囊能明顯
減少給藥組大鼠及小鼠 5min內的錯誤次數 , 延長觸電潛伏期 1高、中、低 3個劑量的天麻醒腦膠囊均可減少
大鼠腦組織 MDA水平 , 降低 AChE活性 , 同時明顯抑製腦組織脂褐質含量的升高 1結論  天麻醒腦膠囊通過
多種途徑改善記憶損傷模型動物的學習記憶功能 , 其機製可能與降低腦組織 AChE活性 , 降低腦組織中脂質過
氧化物、脂褐質等的含量有關 1提示天麻醒腦膠囊具有良好的促智作用 1

(112 and 214 g/kg formice, 016 and 112 g/kg for rats) could significantly reduce the err or ti meswithin 5min
