身给药行为;而两种不同剂量下盐酸***的日摄入总量(total daily dose , TDD)无显著性差异。结论:盐酸***
具有较强的精神依赖性潜力。

ASSESSMENT OF OXYCODONE HYDROCHLORIDE INDUCED PSYCHIC DEPENDENCE

ABSTRACT Objective : To assess the psychic dependence potential of oxycodone hydrochloride.
Methods : The technique of intravenous self - administration by rats was utilized. Under fixed - ratio = 1
schedule of drug injection , one nose - poke response result in drug delivery to the rat . Results : All the rats
trained with oxycodone at dose 015 mg· kg - 1
showed self - administration behavior. The number of nose - poke
response to oxycodone was much more than that to saline ( P < 01001) . As the dose of oxycodone hydrochlo2
ride lowered to 0125 mg· kg- 1
, the number of nose - poke response to oxycodone increased significantly ( P <
01001) , while the total daily dose (TDD) of oxycodone hydrochloride infusions changed insignificantly ( P >
0105) . Conclusion : Oxycodone hydrochloride has psychological dependence potential .
